FloorCare method

Nuway entrance systems will, by their nature and location, be one of the most ‘abused’ of all floor coverings within a building. Thorough and regular cleaning is essential to ensure optimum performance and to extend the lifespan of the products. The optimum frequency of cleaning is determined by the traffic volume and the level of soiling.

Vacuum clean the floor using an upright vacuum cleaner with a powered brush.

Remove stains or spills locally, using clean warm water.

When required, flush and brush away dirt as follows:

• Remove the matting from the matwell
• Use plenty of clean water to clean the matting
• Use a hose, or a spray-extraction machine
• Use a hard brush to remove stubborn dirt
• Clean the matwell and reposition the matting

If the matting is extremely soiled, use a hot water extraction machine at a temperature not exceeding 60˚C
